Here are highlights from article Winter ’24: Hottest Account Engagement (Pardot) Updates | Salesforce Ben

1. Engagement Studio Wait Times (Hours)
– Prospects can now wait in an Engagement Studio Program step from 2 to 8 hours.
– Provides extra flexibility in how prospects move through Engagement Studio programs.
– Can be used to control sending times for prospects in different time zones.

2. Prospect Change Monitor (Account Engagement Optimizer)
– Allows understanding of what’s driving prospect data changes.
– Introduces a histogram that shows trend frequency over time.
– Enables viewing trends on specific feature areas, by business unit.

3. Copy Marketing Assets Between Business Units
– Using API Version 5 for Flow, marketing assets can be copied between business units.
– Eliminates the need for rebuilding assets in different units.

4. Account Engagement Sandbox to Production Flow
– Utilizing API Version 5 for Flow, developments in sandboxes can be promoted to the production environment.
– Eliminates the need for rebuilding in the production environment.
– Example flow provided for custom copy flows.

5. Un-Pause Prospects (Visitor Record Deletion)
– Allows un-pausing of prospect records that continue to accumulate activity.
– Prevents unintentional automated actions triggered by score thresholds.
