1. Engagement History Dashboards overview:
– Show campaign performance over time.
– Display interactions with Pardot (Account Engagement) campaigns.
2. Usage of Engagement History Dashboards:
– Can be used on Campaigns, Accounts, Opportunities, and Leads/Contacts/Person Accounts.
– Offers a ‘slice’ of B2B Marketing Analytics within Salesforce org.
3. Steps to enable Engagement History Dashboards:
– Ensure Pardot (Account Engagement) Lightning app is being used.
– Check Pardot Edition requirements (Growth, Plus, or Advanced).
– Enable Embedded Engagement History Dashboards in Salesforce Setup.
4. Adding the Engagement History Dashboard component:
– Access Campaign pages and click “Edit Page.”
– Create a custom tab for the dashboard.
– Drag the ‘Engagement History Dashboard’ onto the custom tab.
– Save the page.
5. Assigning permissions and exploring the dashboard:
– Assign the Analytics View Only Embedded App permission set to users who need access.
– Wait for data to populate (up to 24 hours).
– Use filters to analyze campaign data, including activity date, asset type, and activity type.
– View prospect interaction with marketing assets below the chart.
