1. Use CMS with Email Templates and Email Content permission set
– Go to the permission set related to managing email templates and email content
– Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to manage public lightning email templates
2. Access System Permissions
– Navigate to the system permissions section within the permission set
3. Check for Manage Public Lightning Email Templates permission
– Verify that the “Manage Public Lightning Email Templates” permission is enabled or checked
4. Update Permission Set
– If the permission is not checked, modify the permission set to include this permission
5. Save and Apply Changes
– Save the updated permission set and apply the changes
– Now, you should be able to see “Public Email Templates” as an option when saving email templates in the Lightning Email Builder
