– Include the short/long code for users to message directly to opt-out.
4. Set up an automated reply for users who opt-out.
– Provide a confirmation response to users who use the opt-out keyword in their response.
Note: Users should not reply to unknown senders to unsubscribe. Blocking the sender is recommended for safety.
