3. Customize the “from” name and modify the SMS footer.
– If using a custom “from” name, modify the SMS footer to provide opt-out instructions.
– Include the short/long code for users to message directly to opt-out.

4. Set up an automated reply for users who opt-out.
– Provide a confirmation response to users who use the opt-out keyword in their response.

Note: Users should not reply to unknown senders to unsubscribe. Blocking the sender is recommended for safety.
