1. Lead Intelligence View:
– Click the ‘Intelligence View’ button on the Leads tab.
– View important metrics about leads.
– Filter and complete reach-out actions directly from the Leads tab.
– Click the side panel icon for more detailed information on specific records.
– Switch back to the original view by clicking the ‘List View’ button.
– Metrics include Total Leads, No Activity, Idle, No Upcoming, Overdue, Due Today, and Upcoming.

2. Contact Intelligence View:
– Click the ‘Intelligence View’ button on the Contacts tab.
– View important metrics about contacts.
– Filter and complete actions directly from the Contacts tab.
– Click the side panel icon for more detailed information on specific records.
– Switch back to the original view by clicking the ‘List View’ button.
– Metrics include Total Contacts, No Activity, Idle, No Upcoming, Overdue, Due Today, and Upcoming.

3. Set Up Intelligence View:
– Salesforce administrator must enable the Intelligence View.
– Lead Intelligence View setup:
– Displayed on the Leads tab.
– Contact Intelligence View setup:
– Displayed on the Contacts tab.
