1. Instance
– Indicates the group of servers your org is on
– Can have performance issues specific to your instance
– Check status.salesforce.com for instance performance and maintenance updates

2. Org ID
– Unique 15-character ID for your org
– Required when opening a support ticket with Salesforce

3. Edition
– Determines the features and storage limits available to your org
– Can impact the installation of certain packages from the AppExchange

4. Used Data Space
– Percentage of data storage used in your org
– Click “View” to see which objects are using the most storage and the number of records for each

5. File Storage
– Similar to data storage, but for files
– Click “View” to see storage details by type and user, including inactive users and integration users

6. API Requests, Last 24 Hours
– Shows the number of API requests made in the last 24 hours
– Important to monitor to avoid hitting API limits and disruptions to integrations

7. Sandbox Licenses
– Displays the number of sandbox licenses available and in use
– Useful for managing sandboxes and understanding capacity

8. Permission Set Licenses
– Lists the permission set licenses available and in use
– Helps track and manage permissions granted to users

9. Connected App OAuth Usage
– Shows the number of OAuth authorizations used by connected apps
– Helps monitor and manage app integrations and permissions

10. Custom Object Limits
– Displays the number of custom objects and fields in use
– Important for managing and planning object and field limits in your org
